Description:
Unique in the evaporative cooling market and developed in response to industry demand, the IWC-05 wall control has enhanced capabilities just one IWC to control large groups of Breezair coolers.
The IWC-05 Outputs allow switching of external ancillary devices such as extractor fans, dampers and control panel graphics. The IWC-05 Inputs allow its control functions to be over-riden by external control centres such as building management systems (BMS) so that the Cooling system can be intergrated with other Building services.
The IWC-05 identifies any faulty cooler in a group and provides comprehensive fault diagnostics enabling any cooler to be quickly repaired. Robustly housed in a highgrade polymer housing to IP54 rating, the IWC-05 is fitted with a hinged lid for easy access. Featuring a seven day programmable time clock, the wall control has a remote temperature and humidity sensor and battery back-up for the clock.
Equipped with large buttons for easy operation, the IWC-05 also has plug-in terminal strips for simple cable terminations and ready to use data and sensor cables. It comes with comprehensive installation and application instruction manuals.
Using digital electronics the IWC-05 climate control has two main operating modes, (local) and ( external). Using the remote sensor supplied, the IWC-05 monitors the indoor temperature and humidity, automatically increasing or decreasing the fan speed, and starting and stopping the pump to maintain comfort. The (external) mode allows the wall control to be funny integrated into a BSM or PLC control system.
Many parameters are provided to enable the Breezair system to be configured to suit your requirements, including pre wet cycle, pads drying cycle, salinity controlled water management or timed management, dry sump initiation period, humidity limit and humidity control, etc. The IWC-05 is therefore adaptable to different industry process demands.
